New Outdoor Lifting Area

The new outdoor lifting area is now fully built meaning that we can now comfortably coach groups of up to four people. We will be running 8 week strength, fitness and wellness programmes starting from January 2019 If you are interested in learning to resistance train safely and effectively and improve your all round fitness and wellness then get in touch to register your interest.
