Burpee Jump/Step Ups

  1. Place your hands on the ground in front of your feet.

  2. Tighten your core and jump your feet backwards into a push up position.

  3. Jump your feet back towards your hands and stand up.

  4. Next jump or step up onto the box then step back down.

  5. If using a chair, do not jump for safety reasons.

  6. Repeat for the required number of repetitions.

Single Jump Rope

  1. Hold the ends of a skipping rope in each hand with the rope behind your feet.

  2. Turn the rope and jump so it can pass underneath your feet.

  3. Repeat for the required number of repetitions.
