Shoulder Stretch

  1. Bring one arm across your body and hold it straight.

  2. Hold your tricep in the crook of the other arm and gently pull it towards your chest.

  3. Hold the stretch for 30 seconds.

  4. Do not force the stretch, keep it slow and controlled.

  5. Repeat for the other side.

Tricep Stretch

  1. Raise your arm overhead and reach down your back towards the centre of your shoulder blades.

  2. Place your other hand on your tricep just below your elbow joint.

  3. Push gently to stretch the back of the arm.

  4. Hold the stretch for 30 seconds.

  5. Do not force the stretch, keep it slow and controlled.

  6. Repeat for the other side.

Chest Stretch

  1. Reach both arms behind your back and clasp your hands together pushing your chest forwards and squeezing your shoulder blades together.

  2. Hold for 30 Seconds.

  3. Do not force the stretch, keep it slow and controlled.

Upper Back Stretch

  1. Reach both arms in front of you clasping your hands together.

  2. Hold for 30 Seconds.

  3. Do not force the stretch, keep it slow and controlled.
