After checkout is completed, a health and fitness questionaire will be sent to your inbox.
This will outline your fitness goals and allow us to write a customised training program for you and deliver appropriate nutritional advice.
After the questionaire is completed and returned to us you can expect to recieve your training plan within 48 hours.
