My name is Sarah and I believe that keeping strong and fit and caring for our health as we age is one of the most important gifts that we can give ourselves.
For this reason I don't offer "six week transformation or drop a dress size in 4 weeks programmes" as I believe that health and fitness is a lifestyle change that needs to be implemented permanently. Instead I arm my clients with the tools to make small changes that equal huge positive changes over time.
Lets face it we’re all going to get older and we want to be able to stay as independent as we can.
One of the main tools to help us achieve this is weight training - This is really important to maintain bone density and keep muscles and joints strong.
This combined with Cardiovascular fitness for heart health, mobility exercises to keep us flexible and good nutrition habits will help prevent health conditions such as Osteoporosis, Type 2 Diabetes and High Blood Pressure to name just a few.
I have also recently qualified as a Certified Women’s Coaching Specialist which has enabled me to gain a deeper knowledge of the struggles that women face whilst transitioning through the menopause and how nutrition and exercise can help improve their physical and metal health.
