INSTRUCTIONS

Set a timer to count upwards.

At the start of the minute complete 5 calories on the Assault Bike/Cardio machine and 1 Burpee then rest for the remainder of the minute. At the start of the next minute complete 5 calories on the Assault Bike/Cardio machine followed by 2 Burpees Then rest for the remainder of the minute.

Repeat the pattern by adding 1 extra Burpee each minute until you can’t complete the round in the time.
